By far my favourite picture of Big Ben's tower. Even though you ARE allowed to visit (after contacting your local MP or something like that), the sign reads
Trespass on this Site is a Criminal Offence.
This is a protected site under Section 128 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005.
A day with good sunshine would have really boosted this pic, but I really shouldn't have expected good weather in the UK when it's convenient for me.
It seems London's congestion charge is working ^_^
